Snake Gully Cup time has been and gone again for another year!!! Had an awesome weekend both Friday races and Saturday's Hair of the Dog - it is always great to catch up and have a drink with those you don't see for a while!

Art thou Ready had an amazing race for only travelling down a few days before hand 3rd is an outstanding effort look out next year!

So loved catching up with my favourite scrapping lady ever 

Heidi Swapp - she is such an inspiration.....

She never ceases to amaze me with not only her fabulous creations and creative spirit but also with her generosity and her huge heart thanks so much Heidi can't wait too catch up again soon!

I also got to meet the very talented and lovely Kim - who also shared her creative heart with the fabulous Xmas album you did amazingly Kim and you should be so proud of yourself you are an amazing ambassador for our Aussie scrappers and very inspirational...

{gundy scraptacular}

After some planning and a feel for the real need to have a weekend organised for scrapbooking classes for all those who love the craft around our area Kim and I decided on hosting the first ever Gundy Scraptacular!!! 

And it was a huge success all those that came along had an amazing time and loved all four classes and thier creations!

It was a great weekend had by all and of course for me has a teacher I love to be able to share and help someone create something that they will cherish forever.

Thank you so much ladies and John and I can't wait to see you all again next year @ our next Gundy Scraptacular.

{Gundy Scraptacular 2013}

I am so excited announce that my good friend Kim and I are holding the first ever Scraptacular weekend here in Gundagai on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd of November 2013.... 

There will be four classes 2 each day - classes will both Beyond the Page and a layout.

Products used in the classes will be some fabulous Dusty Attic pieces which you will use to create a gorgeous altered journal and a whimiscal style layout with Kim Kendall and I will be sharing the amazing new Mixed Collection range from the latest CHA release from Heidi Swapp will be used to create an amazing Memory File stacked with bits and pieces and last but not least you will learn all the tips and tricks to create a Clear Acrylic album with my very own Scrappingclearly acrylic albums!!! I just can't wait truly hope you are able to come along......

{finishing off Class Kits}

This morning I found some class kits that I had not finished off from last year's Brisbane Craft Show

The first is an Angela Peardon creation with my twist to it! 

 and the second it a Jane Tregenza again with my twist - love it when I find layouts that just need finishing touches....

I have used Tim Holts Distress Powders with a Heidi Swapp Mask

 and for this one I have used Viva Crackling Paint on the Pink Paislee Hearts also gave some more dimension with Gelatos and micro beads....

{our new lawn - 1998}

I have had these photo's in my stash since 1998 - Royce is almost one and we had moved into our new house.... this day we are putting the Turf down I remember Royce just running up and sown the strips of newly laid turf I am sure he thought it was magically appearing.... the photo's are not the best photo's but memories all the same and I really wanted to record this event, the photo's were not great for a layout but in a Memory File I think they rock.....

Spent an all day @ Netball today, then home to washing and ironing by late afternoon I was so over it.... grabbed my phone to make a call and saw this little comment from Heidi Swapp - YIPEEEE made my day thanks Heidi You ROCK too......

[ 6 new Color shine colours}

I love how this 4 x 8 scrappingclearly acylic album as turned out, the colours are just gorgeous together, there is a mix of Hambly, Heidi Swapp and Ruby Rocket glitter board....

I love how this little acrylic bird turned out - very vintage, I have used some antique papers and lace with crystals.

This bird is a one off sample I designed to see how it would turn out for possible production of this shape :0)......
